"My accountant had completed my first end of year and I asked Sure to have a look at them and to my horror she said they were near fraudulent. Companies House then returned them as incomplete.

Sue took the bull by the horns and re-accounted three months worth of work. This was done under a tight timescale because the accounts had to be returned by the end of January or we would have been fined. She also wrote to our previous accountant informing her of her mistakes and suggesting that she refund us for the work she had done, a cheque arrived from her within the week!
